Welcome to Instaveg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, including placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Instaveg sells fresh fruits and vegetables and related perishable products. All products are subject to availability.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Once you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Instaveg reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Delivery

Instaveg will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper storage of perishable products immediately after delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Refunds or replacements may be provided only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
